The Accounting Support Clerk is task driven in a fast-paced, high volume Accounts Payable environment.
Research problem invoices, past due amounts, credits, etc.
Start invoices in Workflow application for approvals as needed.
Actively attempt to determine root cause of problem invoices and provide education to employees and/or suppliers in an effort to reduce these problems in the future.
Work the “Return to Vendor” process for problem invoices.
