Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Administrator will collect and audit dependent documentation for all new hires
Will work with all office contacts to ensure documentation is being completed accurately and on time
Reach out to new hires to follow up on all pending documentation
Add dependents into the Oracle HRIS
Review source documents for accuracy and complete data input
Respond to questions, concerns and requests of all internal customers
