I am looking for 4 EXPERIENCED service managers with strong background in CATERPILLAR heavy equipment. Must be a people and process manager as well as manage service tickets and a staff of up to 20 techs.

I will not consider any candidates who have not been in a service manager role AND specializing in Cat heavy equipment. NO auto related service managers or construction foremen. I am looking for dealership or full service repair shop service managers
